The primary documentation of the ARCHANGEL package can be found in the paper which contains a description of the package and its main features. We are working on a html manual, but until then, the knowledgable user should go to the /prof directory in the tarball and read the profile.py script which contains a fully commented session to go from a raw image frame to a isophotal fitted XML file.
