This directory contains the text, postscript, data and reports for paper
`Cluster Populations in A115 and A2283' by Rakos, Schombert Odell and
Steindling, published in the ApJ.  This paper presents four color
narrow-band photometry of clusters A115 (z=0.191) and A2283 (z=0.182)
in order to follow the star formation history of various galaxy types.

Many people complain that the refereeing process is spiraling out of
control.  This paper is any example of how the process should not happen.
The 1st referee was blindly unaware that our cluster membership system is
based on a photometric criteria.  Then, the science editor simply forgot
about the paper for 4 months.  In the interest of informing the community
to the current refereeing standards, we are placing all the referee
reports and email in this directory.
